In exchange for using Free Viral Advertising, you agree to receive updates from Free Viral Advertising and periodic offers via e-mail. In addition, we will send general news and announcements about Free Viral Advertising and any other offers that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you may log into your Free Viral Advertising account and uncheck the Receive Messages From Admin. box. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of Free Viral Advertising in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues, as can be proven in a court of law.

Account Termination:

Account Rejection:
Free Viral Advertising may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Free Viral Advertising's discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has pornagraphy, or contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.

Free Viral Advertising reserves the right to change these terms whenever we wish and for whatever reason we feel necessary without any prior warning. You must comply with any new changes to these terms within 7 days of its posting on our web site.
