Step 1: Get Your Domain Name & Hosting Account! For you to have your own e-book and the two websites to promote the e-book, you must register a domain name and get hosting for that domain. If you want me to Brand the e-book for you, my e-book branding service requires you to have a hosting account with Global Domains International (GDI)! If you are not a GDI customer, you can sign up today for a Free 7-day trial. NOTE: If you don't have a domain name already, you'll need to register one along with your hosting account. Domain packages cost $10.00 per month per domain. There is "no additional charge" for hosting. It is included in your $10.00 monthly fee for the respective domain. Step 2: Get Your Affiliate ID's Listed below are the Supported Programs within the e-Book that you can have your affiliate ID included in. If you are already a member of any of the programs listed below, you do not need to join again, just include your current affiliate ID for those programs in the appropriate boxes in the form below. If you are not a member, you may join the program from the links provided and then place your new ID in the appropriate boxes in the form below. Joining any of these programs is purely optional. If you are not a member of, or decide not to join a program, leave that programs box "blank".
